1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using ProjectHub (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Nature of Service
ProjectHub is an educational resource platform that provides academic project materials including source code, project reports, presentations (PPTs), setup guides, viva preparation material, certificates, and other supplementary documents. All materials are intended strictly for educational, learning, and reference purposes only.
3. Intended Use & Academic Integrity
The projects, reports, and materials available on ProjectHub are designed to help students learn, understand concepts, and use as reference material. You may use them for:
- Learning programming concepts, frameworks, and architectures
- Understanding how to structure academic project reports
- Reference and guidance for building your own projects
- Preparing for viva voce examinations
Important: You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies. ProjectHub does not encourage or endorse academic dishonesty in any form. We recommend using our materials as a learning aid and guide, not as a substitute for original work.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content on ProjectHub — including but not limited to project reports, presentations, source code compilations, setup guides, architecture diagrams, synopses, LinkedIn post drafts, certificates, and website design — is the intellectual property of ProjectHub and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased/downloaded materials for your own educational purposes. You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share purchased materials with others
- Upload or publish our materials on any other platform, website, or repository
- Modify our materials and sell them as your own product
- Use our materials for any commercial purpose beyond personal education
- Claim ownership over the original design, structure, or content of our materials
Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.
5. Payments & Pricing
Certain projects on the Platform require payment before access is granted. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges
- Payments are processed through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). You must upload a valid payment screenshot and provide the UTR/transaction reference number for verification
- Access to paid projects is granted only after manual verification and approval of payment by the ProjectHub team
- ProjectHub reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases
6. No Refund Policy
All sales on ProjectHub are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Since our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment approval, refunds are not possible once the materials have been accessed or downloaded. This includes but is not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the content, quality, or scope of the project materials
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your specific academic requirements
- Technical issues on your end (software, OS, or hardware related)

7. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in bad faith.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's code or security
- Submit fraudulent payment screenshots or false payment information
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse free offerings
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Impersonate another person or entity
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ProjectHub does not warrant that:
- The projects or code will run without errors in every environment
- The materials will meet your specific academic requirements or grading criteria
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
10. Certificates of Completion
Any certificates of completion generated or provided by the Platform are issued strictly for novelty, personal record, and demonstration purposes. ProjectHub is not an accredited educational institution, university, or recognized certifying body.
- Certificates do not confer any academic credit, degree, or official certification.
- Certificates should not be misrepresented as official academic or professional qualifications to employers, academic institutions, or any third parties.
- We assume no liability for how you choose to present or utilize these certificates.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectHub, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform
- Any academic consequences, disciplinary actions, or grade outcomes resulting from the use of our materials
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
