Yes. Project Hub is 100% free for every student. There are no subscriptions, no hidden charges and no paywalls. You can browse, customize and download as many projects as you want without paying anything.

You can browse all projects without an account. However to download and track your download history you need to be logged in. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute.

Each download includes three things — the complete source code, a project report, and a presentation. All three are bundled into a single zip file personalized with your details before download.

Currently we cover Artificial Intelligence, Web Development, Machine Learning, IoT, and Cybersecurity. We are adding new domains regularly based on student feedback.

On the project detail page you fill in your name, college, project guide, enrollment number, year and department. When you click download, our system automatically puts your details into the report and presentation before generating the zip file.

The report and presentation templates use special tags that get replaced automatically. These are: [STUDENT_NAME], [COLLEGE_NAME], [GUIDE_NAME], [ENROLLMENT], [YEAR], [DEPARTMENT] and [PROJECT_TITLE]. You do not need to do anything — just fill the form and download.

Yes. You can download any project as many times as you need with different details each time. For example if you want to change your guide name or college, just fill the form again and download.

Yes. Any logged-in user can submit a project from the Submit page. Your submission goes into a review queue and our team checks it before it goes live. This ensures every project on the platform is complete and useful.

We typically review submissions within 24 to 48 hours. You can check the status of your submission from your profile page.

A good submission includes working source code, a proper project report and a presentation. The more complete your submission the faster it gets approved. Projects that are incomplete or copied from other platforms will be rejected.

Source code is uploaded as a .zip file. Reports are uploaded as .docx files. Presentations are uploaded as .pptx files. The download package bundles all three into a single zip with your customized details.

Yes. Your password is encrypted using bcrypt before storing. We never store plain text passwords. Your personal details entered in the download form are used only to customize the files and are not stored permanently.
